Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Limen Ops LLC ("Limen," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the Limen web and mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Limen is property maintenance and inspection software provided to organizations (such as property management companies) for use by their authorized staff.
Limen is a business-to-business product. The Service is made available to users through their employer or organization, and is not directed to or offered for personal use by the general public. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for advertising.
1. Information We Collect
Account and identity information
When an organization provisions access to the Service, we collect account information such as name, email address, organization affiliation, and role. For organizations that use single sign-on, we receive identity information (such as name and email) from the organization's identity provider when a user signs in.
Content you provide
The Service is used to record property and unit information, inspections, work orders, scheduling data, notes, and photographs. This content is submitted by users in the course of their work and may include images of units, building systems, and related property conditions.
Usage and device information
We collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service, such as device and browser type, application version, log and diagnostic data, and timestamps of actions taken within the Service. We use this information for security, troubleshooting, and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and operate the Service for the user's organization.
- To authenticate users and secure accounts.
- To store and display inspections, work orders, photos, and scheduling data.
- To send service-related and transactional communications (for example, notifications and account messages).
- To monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and security of the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
- With your organization. Content and activity you create in the Service are accessible to your organization and its authorized administrators.
-
With service providers (subprocessors). We use trusted
third parties to host and operate the Service. These providers process data
on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection
obligations. They fall into the following categories:
- Cloud hosting, database, and storage providers
- Authentication and identity providers (including single sign-on, for organizations that enable it)
- Email delivery providers (for transactional and notification messages)
A current list of the specific subprocessors we use is available to customer organizations on request at privacy@limenops.com.
We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Limen, our users, or the public.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information and content for as long as an organization maintains an active account, and as needed to provide the Service. When an organization's account is closed, we delete or de-identify associated personal information within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
5. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and tenant-level data isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices and Rights
Because the Service is provided through your organization, requests to access, correct, or delete account information are generally handled in coordination with your organization's administrator. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your data or revoke consent, contact us at privacy@limenops.com, and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for use by authorized staff of our customer organizations and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International Users
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means.
10. Contact Us
